Move to Cambodia

Steven Halcrow

Steven Halcrow is a chef who originally hails from Glasgow, Scotland. He is the co-founder and manager of Siem Reap Food Tours and Phnom Penh Food Tours. During his time living in Siem Reap, he learned the laborious task of how to make num banh chok noodles by hand, and now runs a Cambodian noodle stand part-time in London, when he’s not leading food tours in Siem Reap. Steven has been featured in the New York Times, Southeast Asia Globe, Vogue, and Time Out talking about Cambodian food.
