Rebecca Hartley

Originally from the UK, Rebecca grew up in South Africa and then moved back to the UK to live in Jersey, Channel Islands. She has lived in Cambodia for just over two and a half years, the first two years of which were spent in Siem Reap. She’s now based in Kampot where she loves to spend time sipping cocktails and watching the sunset. She has a background in financial services and regulation, with a strong focus on writing policy and procedure manuals.
