Iain Donnelly is a Scottish writer and editor who has been based in Cambodia since 2013. He is the author of the Angkor series (Angkor Away, Angkor Tears, and Angkor Cloth, Angkor Gold) as well as the editor of 2017’s acclaimed anthology Mekong Shadows. Having previously worked as a magazine editor in Phnom Penh, Iain mounted a daring escape from the pollution and chaotic traffic by tunneling under Hun Sen Boulevard. He then flew to Kampot on the back of a mythical griffin where he now resides with a bipolar beagle, two psychotic cats, and a mango cider habit.
